8 Week Challenge!
The first 8 Week Challenge of the year has begun. All of our warriors are participating in this challenge and we had a tremendous start.
Over the course of this challenge we will go “back to basics” and make sure our form and technique are on point. We will be challenging ourselves with things like drinking only water for eight weeks, sleeping eight hours a night, and prepping our food for the week every Sunday.
Three days a week we will work on drills and technique and two days a week we will be working on more intense strength and conditioning. This is a challenge on fundamentals. These aren’t skills what will simply get us through eight weeks of workouts, these are skills that are going to help us get something FROM our workouts that we can take into our everyday lives.
